I tend to lean more and more towards the notion that the top-dogs of the non-human intelligence that runs the Matrix and energy-siphoning apparatus that is EARTH are in fact Cephalopod/squid/octopus-like begins. Blue blooded.

EARTH = (Environmental Avatar Reality Training Habitat).

Entities who may inhabit both physical and non-physical reality substrates depending on the iteration of the form they choose as their vessel (interdimensional vs. 3D space time physicality).

Look at the Victorian style dresses worn by Royalty. Queen Victoria seems to have been one of them.

Look at certain statues and sculptures and paintings that seem to show appendage accommodating features designed specifically for the outfits to give room for tentacles.

You will also find a similar Parasitic worm like entity which has been associated with the White Morgellons Chemtrail solution that is known to spawn up to 3 different forms of parasite (worm, spider and humanoid Faerie type life form).
